Prices MLB pitcher props — Outs Recorded, Strikeouts, Earned Runs — off a starter's arc through the game: his per-times-through-the-order strikeout and xwOBA splits, his pitches per inning, and whether tonight's plate umpire's zone buys him another turn or costs him one. Named for pitcher efficiency score per inning, and for the changeup every starter becomes by his third time through the order.
